Our organization is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the delivery of exceptional professional services. As Senior Manager, Professional Services, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing a high-performing team to deliver world-class service offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess strategic planning and operational excellence skills, with a strong focus on team leadership, performance optimization, and service innovation. You will establish and refine key processes, drive business-impacting initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of specialists to ensure high performance through coaching, clear objectives, and continuous development
  • Overseeing the operational execution of the professional services team to ensure efficiency, scalability, and business impact
  • Developing and implementing policies, processes, tools, and metrics to create a best-in-class professional services organization
  • Establishing and leading a Project Management Office (PMO) leveraging Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodologies to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality service delivery
  • Driving the development and launch of new professional services offerings that provide measurable customer and business value
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on professional services performance to provide actionable insights and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders across departments to align professional services with overall business strategy
  • Acting as a strategic decision-maker, addressing unforeseen challenges, and driving operational improvements
  • Building a strong internal network and influencing key business initiatives at the company-wide level
