  • Deliver powerful, behavior-based negotiation workshops to senior professionals and C-suite leaders (very frequent travel and time away from home is part of the experience).
  • Coach and mentor clients post-workshop, guiding them through real-life negotiations.
  • Build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and help drive commercial growth.

A successful candidate will thrive in this role if they have a track record in commercial negotiations with plenty of stories to share, enjoy working with people and have the confidence to facilitate and train senior professionals, get energy from influencing, persuading, and guiding others, have a curious mindset, love solving problems, and are excited by new challenges.
