Job Title: Strategic Commercial Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide executive-level support in formulating and implementing commercial strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Identify, assess, and report on risks and opportunities across regions.
  • Negotiate, draft, and finalize operational subcontracts to protect the company's assets.
  • Participate in tender discussions, contract execution, and dispute resolution negotiations with customers and suppliers.
  • Analyze and review non-standard terms and conditions.
  • Deliver timely reports on legal risks as required by senior executives.
  • Develop and deliver commercial training programs for operational staff.
  • Create drafts of legal and commercial correspondence.
  • Manage external legal service providers for value and targeted advice.
  • Maintain compliance with commercial and legal procedures.
  • Record contractual agreements.

The Strategic Commercial Advisor is a key member of the leadership team responsible for client and subcontractor commercial matters, procurement activities, third-party works management, and property portfolio management. The role requires significant involvement in negotiating and drafting subcontracts, attending tender discussions, and ensuring compliance with commercial and legal procedures.

  • Proven experience in commercial management, contract negotiation, and risk assessment.
