Senior Contract Negotiator Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our contract management initiatives. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing supplier contracts from initiation to close-out.

  • Leverage your expertise in contract negotiation to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels with suppliers.
  • Draft and execute contractual documents, including variations, MOUs, LOIs, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations strategically and on time, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • IDentify and mitigate contractual risks, resolve disputes, and manage price adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with project goals and realize commercial benefits such as rebates and discounts.
Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Law, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in contract negotiation and management within procurement or commercial environments.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts from initiation through to renewal or close-out.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
