Strategic Legal Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Legal Advisor to join our legal team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing expert legal advice and support to drive business success.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic legal initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services, including contract negotiations, due diligence, and dispute resolution. In addition, you will provide training and guidance to junior lawyers and contribute to the development of legal knowledge management systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years PQE (or equivalent) and hold a current practising certificate or equivalent. They will also possess excellent negotiation and influencing skills and ability to lead negotiations on complex legal transactions and issues.
