Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to leverage their expertise in strategic partnerships, data privacy, and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice and support on all aspects of strategic partnerships, including data privacy and competition law.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team and other business partners to ensure accurate documentation and risk management.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer, with expertise in financial services.
  • Prior in-house experience with a major corporation or reputable law firm.
  • Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data privacy, competition, and consumer law (financial services).
  • Able to explain complex legal concepts in a commercial context.
