Senior Hardware Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Coordinator to join our Technology Services and Commercial division at Coles Group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing technical and commercial leadership for our Site IT hardware requirements.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure that computer hardware is maintained in good working order at all times. You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong support processes and service agreements to meet customer demands.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical and commercial leadership for Site IT hardware requirements
- Establishing and maintaining strong support processes and service agreements
- Establishing and managing practical quality and performance measures for vendor and hardware performance
- Establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with internal and external customers
- Understanding operational requirements of the IT Hardware to ensure business requirements are met
- Creation and management of Brand maintenance budgets (Opex and Capex)
Requirements for this role include:
- Proven technical and leadership experience, expertise including understanding of Store IT Hardware infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience and in-depth understanding of IT technology trends and Maintenance service frameworks
- Ability to lead and manage complex large-scale IT Maintenance contracts, services availability, capacity planning/BCP, service escalations, and lead root cause analysis
- Proven service management experience including problem, incident, and change management
- Demonstrated skills in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint, communication, and business writing
- Experience in supporting IT infrastructure in a large-scale, complex, and distributed business environment
- Experience in people management
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline preferred
- ITIL foundations qualified preferred
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage costs to budget and forecasting
- Proven ability to manage complete IT Service Agreements
- Proven and excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to communicate with Senior management
