About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our People Technology team at Coles Group. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for managing operational teams in the delivery and support of Coles' technology strategy, specifically within the SAP SuccessFactors ECP module.

You will work closely with technology teams and other teams across the Coles Payroll ecosystem to ensure the delivery of projects and resolution of incidents. Your expertise in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll will be essential in analysing complex payroll requirements and designing appropriate solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical expertise in the area of Payroll, specifically within the SAP SuccessFactors ECP module
  • Liaising and coordinating with technology teams and other teams across the Coles Payroll ecosystem
  • Ensuring work produced follows standards and best practice methodologies
  • Scoping, estimation, build and delivery of projects and changes
  • Participating in stakeholder discussions to identify business needs and develop technical requirements
  • Drilling down into technical issues to solve complex and detailed problems

Requirements include:

  • SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience and certification
  • Deep Australian payroll experience
  • 5+ years experience in SAP ECP across multiple project implementations
  • Experience working in complex system architectures, operations and support structures in an organisation with multiple or large-scale payrolls
  • Experience in the design, configuration and customisation of SAP ECP module to meet business requirements
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll processes, tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
