About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our General Managers for Property and Finance Operations & Sustainability. This is a key role that requires a strong ability to anticipate and meet the needs of senior leaders, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end administration support, including diary and travel management, document preparation and maintenance, event coordination, and expense reconciliation. They will also be required to represent the GMs and respective teams within the EA community across Coles, and to communicate with key stakeholders and arrange required documentation for key meetings and events.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in supporting senior leaders, who is self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal direction. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, supporting senior leaders in a large organization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to adapt, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable experience handling confidential information
  • Maturity, resilience, and the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Confidence to liaise with all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Shared Docs
