OSHClub Coordinator Position

At OSHClub, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Outside School Hours Coordinator to lead our team of Educators and Assistant Coordinators. With a focus on sustainability, creativity, and inclusivity, you will design engaging child-centered programs, foster strong relationships with the school, community, and parents, and manage the day-to-day operations of our service.
About the Role
As a Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and facilitating fun and educational programs, including STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities. You will also lead a team of Educators, manage compliance and administration, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, a passion for working with children, and a desire to become a service leader. You will need to hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children, and meet ACECQA requirements for a qualified Coordinator. Ideally, you will have a minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field or have completed at least two years of full-time study in a relevant field.
