At Samsung, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation and technology. We're seeking an experienced Sales Strategy & Operations Lead to join our Mobile Experience (MX) business unit and drive commercial investments that drive sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct commercial investments to drive sales effectiveness
- Manage functions essential to sales planning, including strategic promotional planning and project management
- Foster close working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous growth and success against set account objectives
- Develop an operating rhythm that supports a high-performing and healthy sales account team
- Envision, plan, and execute strategies for growing all aspects of Samsung's business with our Account Partner
- Build strong, productive relationships at all levels with our Account Partner to foster innovation and achievement of set joint objectives
- Collaborate proactively and effectively with internal business units, regional, and HQ stakeholders to communicate local market and accounts trends, threats, and opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent required
- 5-7 years of sales strategy/operations or analyst experience with a proven track record in delivering sales and strong commercial acumen
- Experience with forecasting while understanding full P&L
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and passion for growth and innovation

The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
