Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Strategy and Operations Lead, you will drive sales effectiveness and manage essential functions within the Mobile Experience (MX) business unit. Your key responsibilities include:
- Executing commercial strategic and planning functions to achieve sales volume, revenue, inventory management, and profit targets.
- Developing an operating rhythm that supports a high-performing and healthy sales account team.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to foster growth and success against set account objectives.
- Building strong relationships with our Account Partner to drive innovation and achieve joint objectives.
- Communicating market trends, threats, and opportunities with regional and HQ stakeholders to secure support for well-defined strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
We seek a highly skilled professional with:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of sales strategy/operations or analyst experience with a proven track record in delivering sales and strong commercial acumen.
- Experience with forecasting while understanding full P&L.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and passion for growth and innovation.
