Sales Strategy and Operations Lead

Job Summary
Samsung is seeking an experienced Sales Strategy and Operations Lead to drive commercial investments and manage functions essential to sales planning within our Mobile Experience (MX) business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct commercial investments to drive sales effectiveness and manage functions essential to sales planning.
- Develop and execute strategies for growing all aspects of Samsung's business with our Account Partner.
- Build strong, productive relationships at all levels with our Account Partner to foster innovation and achievement of set joint objectives.
- Collaborate proactively and effectively with internal business units, regional and HQ stakeholders to communicate local market and accounts trends, threats and opportunities as well as secure needed support to execute to a well-defined strategy.
- Develop and communicate a powerful strategic vision, connect stakeholders with Samsung's vision, and inspire to achieve joint partnership objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in finance, business administration or equivalent required.
- 5-7 years of sales strategy/operations or analyst experience with a proven track record in delivering sales and strong commercial acumen.
- Experience with forecasting while understanding full P&L.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and passion for growth and innovation.
