Job Opportunity: Sales Consultant for New Homes Builder

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at CGC Recruitment. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the journey of purchasing their dream home.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, while offering tailored suggestions to enhance the client's lifestyle. You will be the primary face of the builder, establishing strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Actively network with land agents and ensure timely responses to inbound leads and appointment requests.
  • Take advantage of an uncapped commission structure, providing you the opportunity to maximise your earnings.

Work Schedule:

This position requires weekend and public holiday work, with two weekdays off (Monday – Friday). You will be offered 1 weekend off a month.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in the new homes sales sector.
  • A strong drive to meet targets and a passion for sales.
  • A proactive approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Negotiation skills, even in high-pressure situations.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
