Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Host to join our team. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests, providing information on local area attractions and amenities
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process guest transactions, including payments and refunds
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
