Senior Strategic Organisation Designer

Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to design fit-for-purpose organisational structures and roles.
- Provide expert, data-driven insights that align organisational design with strategic priorities, digital transformation, regulatory reform, and customer experience excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in organisational design, workforce planning, or strategic HR within a complex organisation.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across diverse groups.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
