Organisation Design Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Organisation Design Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior leaders to co-design solutions to strategic and organisational challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders to co-design solutions to strategic and organisational challenges related to organisational design, change management, transformation and more
- Own the delivery of project workstreams including planning, facilitation, analysis, design and execution
- Build strong client relationships and help cultivate new ones
- Contribute to the community by supporting onboarding, mentoring, and sharing knowledge
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in Organisation Design, Transformation or Change Management gained within a consulting firm or relevant industry roles
- A Bachelor's degree or above
- A strong communicator backed up by solid written and verbal communication skills
- A confident facilitator and presenter
- Proficient with qualitative and quantitative data analysis and insight generation
- Intellectually curious, commercially astute, and passionate about making organisations better
- Strong ability to build and manage trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure exceptional and efficient delivery
