Design Transformation Lead

The role of the Design Transformation Lead is to support senior managers in designing and sizing new organizational structures, and managing workforce transitions for HR transformations.

  • Work with key stakeholders to evaluate current team structures and define future state org design and people capabilities.
  • Year 1 and Year 2 org design, and definition of net benefit of proposed changes.
  • Document all future state job roles to align with transformation outcomes and new ways of working.
  • Facilitate evaluation processes to grade, size, and remunerate benchmark any new roles, and situation in job architecture.
  • Creation of role mandates for new/amended roles and team mandates for all teams.
  • Facilitate workforce transition activities for the teams, working in collaboration with senior leaders.
