Desktop Motor Assessor Role Overview:

This role focuses on performing desktop assessments across various states.

  • Completing vehicle damage assessments
  • Overseeing the quality of the claims process
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Detecting and reducing fraud
  • Achieving fast turnaround times and controlling costs

Key to success in this position is building strong relationships with our repairer network and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification in Panel Beating, Spray Painting, or as a Light Vehicle Mechanic. Alternatively, a Diploma in Loss Adjusting or Assessing or a Cert IV in Loss Adjusting or Assessing is also required. Estimating or previous Assessing experience will be highly regarded. Knowledge and passion for lifestyle products (e.g., caravans, jet-skis, boats) is a bonus.
