We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to our end-users within our organisation's desktop computing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and accurate onsite and remote support for desktop-related issues
  • Troubleshoot complex problems with Windows 10 or 11 Admin, Intune, cloud, and thick build machines
  • Provide effective support for MS Teams issues, including video, audio, and performance
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Accurately document work performed through ticketing systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Level 3 desktop support
  • Windows 10 or 11 Admin troubleshooting experience
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is required
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Good knowledge of browser support and management via GPO
  • Understanding of ITIL concept & ticketing tool
