Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and committed Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a pivotal part of our technical team, you will apply your skills to offer exceptional desktop support and tackle technical challenges, ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Use ticketing systems to track user requests and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to diagnose and repair network and connectivity issues promptly.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventories, ensuring up-to-date records of all IT assets.
  • Assist in deploying new workstations and peripherals, ensuring proper configuration and user readiness.
  • Support the SCCM environment for deploying applications, updates, and maintaining configurations.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Document procedures and troubleshooting steps for common issues to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
