As an Aboriginal Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clinical practitioners and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with dignity and respect.

About the Role

The Aboriginal Liaison Officer (ALO) works within a multidisciplinary team to provide outreach support, communication, and cultural brokerage to facilitate culturally safe and responsive care. This involves working closely with clinical practitioners to develop effective care plans that take into account the unique needs and experiences of our Aboriginal clients.

This is a full-time, continuous contract position that offers a competitive salary package, including:

  • Estimated Annual Salary: $85,053 - $91,349
  • A base salary of $66,963 - $72,559 per annum
  • District allowance
  • Superannuation
  • Leave loading
  • Estimated tax savings from salary packaging options

In addition to the attractive remuneration package, you will also have access to a range of benefits, including six weeks' annual leave, generous salary packaging options, and access to the Congress health services for you and your immediate family at no cost.
