About the RoleThe Occupational Therapist will provide culturally responsive occupational therapy services to clients within the Central Australian community. Services are predominantly delivered through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). The successful candidate will work closely with clients to optimize self-care and participation in functional activities, enabling independence and social participation.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients
- Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized care plans
- Conduct assessments and provide interventions to promote client independence and participation
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Base Salary: $100,210 - $112,222 per annum
- Generous Attraction and Retention bonus (up to $30,000 after 24 months)
- Six weeks' annual leave
- Salary packaging options
- Relocation assistance (conditions apply)

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience working in an Aboriginal health setting (desirable)
