We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Culturally Responsive Social Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our organization and driving our mission forward.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our social services team, providing high-level oversight of our programs and services, and ensuring that we deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. **Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage a team of social workers and support staff* Provide high-level oversight of program development and service delivery* Ensure that our services are culturally responsive and meet the needs of our clients* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals* Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and client outcomes

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology)
  • significant experience in social services management or a related field
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • a deep understanding of Aboriginal culture and issues
