Customer Service Liaison for Logistics

Troocoo is proud to partner with a leading Australian transport and logistics company. This exciting opportunity offers a challenging role for an experienced Customer Service Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone, representing the brand with every interaction.
- Support customer success by delivering clear, timely updates on deliveries, products, and logistics processes.
- Assist customers in booking services, tracking orders, and resolving any issues they encounter.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to boost team performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they're happy with their experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in customer service or administration, preferably within transport and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that make customers feel heard and supported.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to make quick, effective decisions when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
- A proactive team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- A full-time, permanent role with flexible working hours (6 am - 2 pm, 7 am - 3 pm, or 8 am - 4 pm).

- A competitive salary of $70,000 per annum + superannuation.
