About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Respond to customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
