Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Benefits Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by providing expert advice and solutions for their life insurance needs.

This is a full-time opportunity based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in group life insurance, knowledge of employee benefits programs, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client engagements across a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
  • Possess strong ability to positively influence key decision makers
  • Demonstrate superior levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exhibit strong time management and organisational skills with an ability to handle competing tasks
