**About the role**
The Benefits Analyst is to be responsible for the delivery of digital solutions for clinical care and business services, supported by smart infrastructure, providing a digitally enabled and integrated health system that delivers quality patient-centred health experiences to the people of NSW.
- Responsible to support, coach and build capability of LHD teams on the eHealth benefits methodology to report across the full life cycle of benefits realisation including the identification, measurement, monitoring, realisation and reporting.
- Design and develop benefits realisation and measurement plans with LHDs and develop specific plans for baseline, post implementation and period data collection and reporting.
- Lead the gathering and sharing of lessons learned, including capturing post implementation reviews and recommendations for improvement.
- Analyse state-wide benefits data and prepare executive level evaluation reports for the program, LHDs, NSW Health and NSW Treasury.

**About You**
The skills and experience we are looking for in you include:
- Extensive experience managing the review and analyses of complex ICT business processes and services in a large and complex service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes demonstrated experience in improving business performance by adopting innovative business analysis solutions.- Demonstrated high level experience in quality improvement and safety in a health care environment with knowledge of the NSW Health care system.- Demonstrated experience in identifying healthcare business processes and technology benefits, designing measurement strategies, and reporting benefits to a diverse range of stakeholders, including the capability to develop fit-for-purpose tools, templates and processes.
- Demonstrated understand of quality improvement and/or monitoring and evaluation, related to ICT and/or healthcare.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation and presentations in a timely manner along with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Well-developed interpersonal, consultation, facilitation and negotiation skills with demonstrated capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external key stakeholders.
- High level computer literacy skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint).
