About This Role:This position involves managing fleet resource allocation, assisting with benefits matters, and supporting the Reward team with general tasks including document editing and confidential letter production.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage fleet resource distribution across various business units
- Provide timely and accurate assistance for team members on all benefits matters
- Offer administrative support to the Reward team with tasks such as editing documents and creating confidential letters
- Experience in benefits administration
- Demonstrated experience from a Human Resources role
- Availability to start immediately
- Background in large manufacturing, FMCG, and/or fleet management organisations
