**Full Job Description**
This family-owned business is based near Liverpool and has locations across NSW, QLD & VIC. Reporting to Head of People & Culture and partnering with the broader HR team, this position will be responsible for managing the employee remuneration & benefit programs across the Group and leading the payroll function. You will be responsible for providing expert advice to business leaders on remuneration and benefits packages and assist the governance of the remuneration framework, managing the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. You will also provide advice to people leaders on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and position evaluations, and assist with the accurate and timely processing of any remuneration and benefit plans. Overseeing payroll, you will develop the team and provide assistance as needed to ensure the accurate and timely processing of any remuneration and benefit plans and the investigation of payroll issues. You will be involved in compiling, preparing, and presenting data, overseeing the participation in salary surveys, and monitoring salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.

As a tertiary qualified professional, you have strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills with significant experience across remuneration operations and/or payroll and are ready to step up into a role where you will work with the team to develop and implement a remuneration and benefits system for a growing organisation. If you enjoy setting up frameworks whilst managing the day-to-day activities, this role will provide the variety and exposure to a variety of stakeholders.
