We are seeking an experienced **Remuneration & Benefits **specialist to manage remuneration and benefits across the Group. The role will provide remuneration thought leadership and develop solutions that support the growth objectives of the business and our performance and reward programs.
The role will be based at the head office in Warwick Farm, New South Wales but may be required to travel to different locations in Queensland and Victoria.
**About the Role**:
- Assist in the governance of the executive remuneration framework including assisting with the preparation of management and PRC board reports
- Develop, implement, and administer compensation and reward programs to align with business goals and objectives
- Assess the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are industry competitive, cost-effective, and consistent with the group's strategic priorities
- Review and develop compensation programs that support the group's performance management framework
- Create project plans to assist with change management activities and engage key stakeholders
- Work with the Payroll Manager to oversee the in-house Payroll function
**About You**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or Finance
- 5 years' experience working in a similar remuneration role
- Demonstrated experience in project and change management
- Knowledge of remuneration and benefits practices including legislative requirements
- Experience working with and interpreting modern awards to ensure ongoing compliance
- Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities at the same time
