- Develop, communicate and monitor a compensation and rewards framework that aligns with the organization's overall strategy.
- Design and implement global and local compensation initiatives to ensure fairness, equity, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct analyses of employee data and compensation trends to inform actions and support HR in consistently applying compensation practices.
Other Key Tasks Include:
- Advising HR on exceptions to standard compensation guidelines.
- Providing Total Rewards training for HR, managers, and employees.
