We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the expansion of our distribution efforts across Australia's financial sectors.

The role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive strategy targeting various financial advisers, wealth consultants, private wealth firms, dealer groups, and family offices. A strong relationship-building focus will be required to proactively build, maintain, and enhance relationships with these intermediaries.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing a distribution strategy targeting various financial advisers and wealth consultants.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries across Australia.
  3. Representing the organization at client meetings, conferences, roadshows, and industry events.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to tailor product messaging and presentations.
  5. Maintaining a pipeline of prospective relationships and reporting on progress, insights, and competitor activity.
  6. Providing feedback on product development based on market trends and client needs.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in funds management distribution or private wealth.
  • A proven track record of raising capital through intermediated channels.
  • A strong network within the Australian IFA, consultant, and family office sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Citizenship or residency that meets relevant requirements.
