Job Role

The Business Growth Manager is responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities with enterprise, government, commercial property, industrial, manufacturing, ports, emergency and health care sectors.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance business expansion.
  • Representing the company in industry events and activities.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • Engaging effectively with CIOs, CTOs, and COOs in customer organisations through strong communications skills.

Progress opportunities through the sales cycle, following internal processes and working with the team to price, contract and close profitable deals.

Key Qualifications

The successful Business Growth Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Engineering or Communications.
  • At least 10 years solution selling experience with demonstrated wins.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A high level of motivation and initiative.
