Regional Marketing Director


Description:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the strategic direction and operational execution of our expansion in the Asian-Pacific region. The successful candidate will lead a team focused on priority markets, hire and manage local agencies, and work with the marketing team to plan and execute localized go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and guide the strategic direction and operational execution of our expansion in APAC
  • Build cultural relevance through planning and execution of Community & Culture programs
  • Build and manage the APAC marketing team to implement holistic marketing plans
  • Hire and manage local partners or resources to secure their collaboration in marketing initiatives
  • Drive growth and impact across all major indicators: customers, revenue, conversion, marketing ROI, LTV, and retention
Requirements:
  • 7-10+ years of broad-based marketing experience in consumer tech or a related industry
  • Success launching products in new markets without an existing presence
  • Experience managing agency partners
  • Extensive knowledge across digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Understanding of localization and its influence on go-to-market plans
