Australia Business Development Manager Job Opportunity

As a key player in the Australian operations of a global company, you will devise strategies to further expand into the Australian market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful organisation with a presence in over 20 countries.

The company specialises in innovative self-service equipment for consumers such as photobooths, vending machines, photo kiosks and laundry equipment. Your role will involve overseeing all facets of the business, growing and managing a strong pipeline of new sites, building a high-performing team with a positive culture, and ensuring streamlined operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage retail offerings, business development, operations, and marketing
  • Oversee the company's business operations, ventures, and assets to ensure they are fully functional and aligned with company systems and processes
  • Manage the financial performance at the country level, providing regular updates to senior executives
  • Provide market insights and strategic advice
  • Maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders and business partners
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director, Managing Director or running your own business
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate with senior stakeholders
  • Hungry for success and delivering results with a strategic and analytical mindset
  • Full Australian Driver's license and access to a vehicle to travel to business meetings
