
Japan Business Development Coordinator

This role is ideal for highly organized and resourceful individuals eager to contribute to growth initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Research and identify decision-makers, eCommerce, and digital marketing leads using LinkedIn, business databases, and online research.
- Baill out prospect lists using CRM systems and productivity tools.
- Support outreach campaigns: preparing intro materials and tracking follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to Founders and BD teams.
- Assist with presentations, proposals, tailored for Japanese and global prospects.
- Help refine lead qualification processes and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
- Maintain well-organized records of prospects and activities.
Requirements:
- Must be based in Japan with remote work capability.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance prospecting and admin responsibilities.
- Proactive, detail-driven, and adaptable individual sought in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and productivity tools necessary.
- Prior experience in business development support, sales coordination, or executive assistance advantageous.
