Business Development Specialist

A dynamic and experienced professional is sought to drive business development initiatives in Asia Pacific & Japan. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of developing and executing strategic plans that influence leadership decisions, drive field and partner readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that address customer needs.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of proven experience in business development, GTM, or sales, with a strong ability to negotiate and present effectively. They will also have excellent program management skills, with experience leading initiatives across multiple teams.

  • Develops and executes the APJ business development strategy, collaborating with various AWS teams and stakeholders.
  • Develops market intelligence frameworks to support the AWS Field, GTM, and Marketing teams.
  • Partners with AWS teams to develop compelling proposals that accelerate adoption of modern services, secure lighthouse customers, and drive revenue growth.
  • Drives field and partner readiness through the development and deployment of programs leveraging AWS Field teams and technology and consulting partner channels.
