Japan Career Opportunity: Business Growth Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Coordinator to join our team in Japan.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to the growth of our business and develop their skills in prospecting, executive support, and operations management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development support, sales coordination, or executive assistance and be proficient in English. They will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and balance both prospecting and admin responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research prospects, decision-makers, and eCommerce leads in Japan.
  • Build and qualify prospect lists using LinkedIn, business databases, and online research.
  • Support outreach campaigns by preparing lists, intro materials, and tracking follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the Founder and Business Development team.
  • Assist with presentations, proposals, and reporting tailored for Japanese and global prospects.
  • Help refine lead qualification processes and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
Requirements:
  • Must be based in Japan with ability to work remotely.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance both prospecting and admin responsibilities.
  • Proactive, detail-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and productivity tools.
  • Prior experience in business development support, sales coordination, or executive assistance is an advantage.
