Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our high-performing team. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects and managing a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned projects from initiation to deployment, managing scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks
  • Facilitate and lead steering committees, ensuring clear communication and governance
  • Oversee and mentor team members, ensuring consistent application of best practices and standards
  • Onboard new team members and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance oversight
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver outstanding project outcomes
  • Prepare and present regular reports, ensuring key stakeholders remain informed and engaged

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (mandatory)
  • Project management certifications in both traditional and agile methods
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management experience
  • Proficiency with MS Project Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite
