  • Proven CEO or senior executive experience in delivering high-quality human services within complex environments.
  • Strategic leadership skills, driving operational excellence and people, quality, safety and wellbeing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative culture and building positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Relevant tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications.
