Senior Manager Employee Communications Job

This role presents a challenging opportunity to shape the narrative of a leading company, shaping the future of communication and engagement.

As a Senior Manager Employee Communications, you will provide strategic guidance to senior leaders across the business, driving employee understanding and connection with the organisation's purpose, strategy and culture.

You will lead the development and execution of integrated communication plans that support critical initiatives and business priorities, partnering across the organisation to ensure messaging is clear, aligned and engaging.

A key focus of the role is championing the responsible use of AI tools to enhance communication effectiveness, guiding the creation of high-quality content and coordinating approvals to drive improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to engage employees and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on internal/employee communications to senior leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated communication strategies
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content, including videos, articles and presentations
  • Coordinate approvals and feedback from senior leaders and other stakeholders
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering effective internal communications campaigns
  • Deep expertise in employee communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong understanding of business operations and market trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence outcomes and build trusted relationships
