Job Opportunity: Agile Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes, and support teams to deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes, and support teams to deliver value
  • Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, manage risk, drive improvement
  • Facilitate Agile Release Train practices and Program Increment execution
  • Support adaptation of SAFe to the business' needs, standardising and documenting practices

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and negotiate with a range of audiences.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues to achieve outcomes.
  • Experience effectively managing competing priorities and strategic directions, with an ability to remain calm under pressure and respond flexibly to change and uncertainty.
  • Proven ability to act with discretion and integrity in managing sensitive information.

Benefits:

This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) based in Canberra. The role is for 12 months + extensions, with a competitive pay rate including superannuation.
