
Learning Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Room Leader to fill a key role in our organisation.
As a Room Leader, you will provide leadership and expertise in delivering high-quality, inclusive learning programs that cater to the needs of children.
You will lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one another, fostering a collaborative environment.
You will ensure that all documentation, of children's learning, is visible and accessible to families and contains high-quality information to meet regulatory requirements.
You will create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical and cognitive development in children.
You will maintain positive working relationships with all team members, promoting a culture of respect, empathy and open communication.
And ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times, providing a secure environment for children and staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an ACECQA Approved Diploma, Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
You will also need to have current Working with Children Check, outstanding level of verbal and written communication, strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), strong computer skills, current approved First Aid Certificate, and current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
