Job Title: Program Coordinator - Science Work Integrated Learning

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to administer undergraduate science work integrated learning programs.

The Faculty teaches approximately 7000 full-time student equivalents, with an academic staff of approximately 500 and general staff of 300.

  • Administer the process and delivery of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) experiences in undergraduate Science programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for student WIL inquiries and provide accurate guidance.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with external WIL stakeholders to ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
  • Provide support for the coordination and maintenance of key WIL course preparation processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team environment.
  • Advanced interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

This role reports directly to the Education Partnerships Manager and does not have direct reports.
