Program Coordinator for Academic Programs

The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of academic programs within a higher education setting. This role involves working closely with academic staff to ensure the quality and consistency of teaching, learning, and assessment materials.
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have experience in course coordination and academic management, as well as a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the development and implementation of academic programs;
- Working with academic staff to monitor and improve the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment materials;
- Providing administrative support to the Head of School and other senior academics;
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field;
