
Learning Program Developer

Job Opportunity:
The Training Lead role is a fantastic 12-month position to create engaging blended learning programs for a large-scale events-based business aligned with the public sector.
You will report to the HR Director and collaborate with stakeholders, including SME's, leaders, external agencies and the HR team. Key responsibilities include reviewing and redesigning online induction and compliance modules across areas such as WH&S, privacy, code of conduct and ethics. Other activities will involve coordinating training across the organisation, partnering with business stakeholders to design programmes that support their needs, and assisting with organisational development advice and training to achieve cultural change.
The role will initially focus on compliance learning but will evolve to include soft skills development. There is potential for the position to extend into a longer term contract or permanent role.
