Job Opportunity
The role of Paint Shop Team Leader is available in a dynamic and professional environment. This position involves overseeing and completing paint work to company standards, as well as approving final colours and performing minor adjustments for a flawless finish.

This leader will maintain spray booths, robots, and equipment daily, lead by example, and support team development. They will also perform additional duties as required by leadership.

A successful candidate will have trade qualification as a Spray Painter, experience in the collision repair industry, full Australian working rights, and a valid driver's license. They should possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
