The Job Description

As a paint shop team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and completing paint work to company standards and procedures. You will approve final colours and perform minor adjustments for a flawless finish. Additionally, you will maintain spray booths, robots, and equipment daily and lead by example to support team development. Other duties may include additional tasks as required by leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Trade Qualified Spray Painter (essential)
  • Experience in the collision repair industry (essential)
  • Full Australian working rights and valid driver's licence
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
