Job Title: Centre Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the centre, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality administrative services, including word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, photocopying, filing, and meeting minutes.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks, assist with reports, correspondence, and memorandums.
  • Maintain office technology, including printers, computers, and photocopiers.
  • Answer general enquiries, direct visitors, screen calls, and redirect inquiries.
  • Manage mail and mail registers.
  • Procure necessary resources for centre operations.
  • Process human resources paperwork, including timesheets, leave forms, and payroll documentation.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures.
  • Conduct banking activities as required.
  • Maintain secure filing and recording systems, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records for the Integrated Offender Management system.
  • Undertake archiving according to legislative requirements.
